Who we are
We are Norm and Fernanda, two college sweethearts turned husband and wife with over 45 years of experience in the Hospitality industry. We met while attending Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina obtaining our degrees in Culinary and Food Service and Hospitality, respectively.
We have a myriad of experiences and a deep passion for feeding people and enriching lives.
As our family grew, so did our need for a more family centered life. When our youngest child was born in the Fall of 2019 we took a leap of faith and became entrepreneurs for the first time.
Beginning in business we were known as Mighty Meals before growing into who we are now - ZipChef. Our children, now 7, 5, and 3 are our daily inspiration to feed families.

Who we are
All of our frozen meals are crafted personally by Chef Norm in a commercial kitchen here in the CSRA. Our meals are frozen for freshness and for your convenience. In addition to our delicious traditional and creative meals, we offer a variety of gluten free, dairy free, keto, and vegetarian options.
Our meals are all made with fresh ingredients and do not contain chemical preservatives or additives. It's just as if you were to cook them at home!
Our meals can be ordered in various sizes and are delivered frozen with heating instructions throughout the CSRA.

We help reduce the burden of shopping, cooking and cleaning by delivering convenient, delicious and high quality food.
We open up opportunities by freeing our customer’s time to do whatever matters most to them!
